By accessing, browsing or using this website, its sub‑pages, APIs or data services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.   • Decompilation, reverse engineering or secondary development of Platform code for commercial purposes requires prior written authorisation.

  • The Platform’s use follows fair‑use principles; we do not claim independent copyright over raw third‑party data.

🌍 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

📖 Governing law

The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (without regard to conflict of laws rules).

⚖️ Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be settled through friendly negotiations. If no settlement can be reached, either party may submit the dispute to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules then in effect. The place of arbitration shall be Shanghai, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
